It gives us great pride to release our first annual report. This year Eidos focused on growing a network of people dedicated to LGBTQ+ health. We supported innovators with research and evidence-based strategies for success. To all those who supported us this year, we extend our deepest gratitude. Prejudice and discrimination create health inequities within the LGBTQ+ community, place them in harm’s way, and strain and sever ties between families and friends when brave people come out to embrace their wholehearted selves. We at the Eidos LGBTQ+ Health Initiative at the University of Pennsylvania are committed to creating evidence-based health solutions that are available to LGBTQ+ people when they need them most.
We bring together social enterprise, education, research, and community resources to create real-world applications that will transform LGBTQ+ health.
