Despite decades of inclusion initiatives and policies\, many LGBTQ+ employees still face discrimination\, limited support\, and uncertainty at work. Because belonging—rooted in authenticity\, inclusion\, and trust—is closely tied to both mental health and performance\, building it effectively is a critical priority for organizations. This session will feature Kerry Evers\, PhD\, co-President and CEO of ProChange Behavior Solutions\, who will present findings from the Bridges study: a pilot trial of a workplace belonging program designed for LGBTQ+ employees. Drawing on behavioral science and a participant group of 127 employees\, Kerry will share how the program significantly improved belonging\, resilience\, and professional fulfillment while reducing burnout\, anxiety\, and disengagement\, and achieved engagement rates far exceeding industry norms. Also joining us is Emily Gallo\, MBA\, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Cardinal HealthTM OptiFreight® and executive sponsor of its PROUD employee resource group\, who will provide an executive perspective on translating these insights into real-world organizational strategy and leadership practice. Moderated by Eidos Director James Wolfe\, the webinar will conclude with a live Q&A\, offering attendees the opportunity to engage directly with our speakers. Whether you are an HR leader\, executive\, or advocate for inclusion\, this conversation will offer practical\, evidence-based insights to help create workplaces where LGBTQ+ employees can truly belong and thrive. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n	\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n	\n \n\n	\n	Add to calendar	\n \n	\n\n \n \n \n	Google Calendar\n\n \n	iCalendar\n\n \n	Outlook 365\n\n \n	Outlook Live\n\n \n \n\n \n	\n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n	\n \n\n BNGAP LGBT Health Workforce Conference: Eidos Poster Presentation on Preliminary Insights from the National Trans Health Survey
