Eidos Annual Report 2026
The Eidos Annual Report 2026 is here.
This year, we moved from resilience to re-architecture. Amid a landscape of policy shifts, eroded datasets, and rising barriers to LGBTQ+ health research and innovation, Eidos deepened its work. We’re expanding partnerships, centering community expertise, and building equity into systems designed to outlast any single grant cycle or political moment.
This report documents what that looks like in practice. Inside, you’ll find:
- A stats breakdown of our work across 4 sectors: academia, industry, government/nonprofit, and healthcare.
- 6 case studies showcasing our multisectoral partner projects. From building belonging for LGBTQ+ employees, to generating data on trans health experiences, to adapting HIV prevention across cultural contexts.
- 28 research publications, 12 conference presentations, and 20 events hosted— including the inaugural Eidos Convening in 2025.
- 11 cross-school collaborations spanning the University of Pennsylvania.
None of this work happens without the generosity, trust, and shared conviction of our partners, collaborators, funders, and advisors. To every organization and individual represented in these pages, thank you. Your work is the evidence that drives our belief in the innovative power of partnership.
The future we’re building depends on people who believe that better, more equitable health systems are possible, and who want to help create them. LGBTQ+ people exist in every community, every profession, and every generation. The health challenges facing our communities require action now, and that action requires sustained investment. Read through the report below and support Eidos so we can continue building the infrastructure needed to advance health equity for all.
