Seeking Consultants for LGBTQ+ Workplace Belonging Project

🌈 Help Us Promote LGBTQ+ Belonging in the Workplace! 🌈 (NOW CLOSED)

Are you passionate about creating inclusive environments for LGBTQ+ employees? ProChange Behavior Solutions and the Eidos LGBTQ+ Health Initiative at the University of Pennsylvania are developing a groundbreaking tool to increase LGBTQ+ belonging at work, and we need your expertise! Learn more about the project here.

We are seeking paid consultants who:
– Are committed to LGBTQ+ inclusion
– Are currently employed at least 32 hours per week
– Have experience dealing with workplace discrimination
– Are willing to commit 6 to 12 hours over the next six months to provide input and feedback on development of the belonging tool

Consultants will be paid for their time.
